This fall developers plan on breaking ground on a new 74-story tower and the renderings recently released. 98 Fourteenth Street has finished their first year of planning and this tower will be the 2nd tallest building in Atlanta next to the Bank of America Tower.
According to WhatNowAtlanta, Olympia Heights Management along with Perkins + Will presented the 920-foot, 74-story tower at a meeting on Tuesday.
Initially the building was intended to consist of three towers but now has been downgraded to two, the second will have a hotel added.
Mainly the tower will have 382 luxury condos on top of the 180 suites with 11 levels of enclosed parking.
The building will also include a full-floor “sky lounge”, a glass room with skyline views, conference rooms, a pool, fitness center, a yoga studio, play area, bike storage, dining room and more.
