Georgia knows how to produce football players. This state is known for birthing some of the most talented NFL players ever to play the game, seems to run in our blood. It all starts from the youth and with camps like Adidas Georgia Football Showcase you have the opportunity to see the best of the best.
The Adidas Showcase is organized by Derrick Tatum and the Elite Football Talent Academy, a premier training program for middle school and high school students. Over 300 athletes plan on participating in this years Adidas Showcase on February 14th to display their skills and get evaluated by coaches and recruiting services such as, Bleacher Report, ESPN, Rivals, Scout and more.
Players from Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida will all be competing. Players will test in events including: vertical jump, individual drill with position coaches, 1 on 1 drills and other exercises. The showcase offers young athletes some the best exposure to college recruiters and professional scouts across the Southeastern region.
Derrick Tatum says, “We have 35 of the top 100 middle school players in the USA coming here. This has turned into a national showcase with the best competitors from southeast!”
