The first day of autumn was a SWELTERING one in Georgia, but thousands lined the beltline to watch an enjoyable tradition this past Saturday. Since 2010, the lantern parade has done nothing but grow and capture the imaginations of kids and adults alike in the city. Lights and lanterns stretched for miles, music and a memorable evening in the city.
If you’ve never been, it is definitely something to mark on your calendar for next year. Plus it is free to attend and that is always a win in my book!
While we didn’t capture EVERYTHING, we have a sneak peek of what you missed. All thanks and credit goes to dead__andy for snapping these photos for us!
