Renderings of a new project set for Peachtree Road in Midtown recently released. The Simpson Organization proposed this project to real estate investors last summer and the possibilities are becoming real.
The proposal consist of two buildings, one 45 stories and another that’s 11 stories. The buildings plan to feature 190,000 square feet of office space, 12,200 square feet of retail, 206 residences, and 140 hotel rooms.
The Simpson Organization proposed these buildings last summer but the Midtown Development Review Committee requested more details about the street level experience. They also wanted the developers to run their proposal by The Ansley Park Neighborhood Association.
The Simpson Organization is also responsible for designing Georgia State University’s new College of Law and Liberty Plaza downtown, along with residences in Castleberry Hill as well as ‘The Flats” at Ponce City Market.
