Over the past year another Atlanta dance has surfaced and spread to become a worldwide trend. This time we have the, ‘Nae Nae’, a dance started by ‘We Are Toonz‘ (see Dwight Howard). So, since I’ve been on a run creating list, I’ve compiled another list for the top 7 that we’ve seen in pop culture.
1. Mercer University
The most recent and the most popular. After beating Duke in the NCAA tournament, point guard Kevin Canevari celebrates by doing the ‘Nae Nae’ in front of the whole country.
2. Georgia Tech
At first everyone though he was a coach at first, turns out this Georgia Tech football player just likes to turn up.
3. Dwight Howard
4. Adrien Broner Entrance
Unfortunately Adrien, took a beating after this dance, but still give him credit for the skills.
5. Lance Moore
In January, Saints wide-reciever cranked the ‘Nae Nae’ after scoring a touchdown.
6. John Wall
John Wall showed off his dancing skills after completing his final dunk in the 2014 Slam Dunk contest to take home the trophy.
7. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Arnold visits 106 and Park with Bow Wow and the ‘Nae Nae’ is randomly chosen as the dance Arnold has to perform.
