Look at the calendar, it’s June and time to dust off your golf clubs and get ready for the 2015 Myrtle Beach World Amateur.
Held August 31- September 4, 2015, the Myrtle Beach World Amateur is the largest amateur golf tournament in the world. Going into the 32nd year, the World Am annually hosts players from the 50 United States and over 30 countries. 3,400 players teed it up in the tournament in 2014, and is expected to grow yet again for 2015. The event boasts 72 holes of net, stroke play on over 60 championship golf courses. Players are placed in flights based on gender, age and handicap, and the games most innovative handicap monitoring system keeps the competition fair and equitable.
What makes it even more fun is the fact it is held in Myrtle Beach.

Competitors play a different grand strand golf course each day. Experience the different course offerings by testing your skills on a variety of layouts.

Golf celebs like John Daly, Charlie Rymer and Win McMurry will be roaming the 19th Hole on various nights interacting and posing for pictures.
