The 57th Annual Progressive Atlanta Boat Show is halfway through and there is still an opportunity to visit the show. The show is Georgia’s premier boat show is the best place to see and buy new boats, gears and accessories. The event will take place in the Georgia World Congress Center’s Hall and will have over 600 new boats, including powerboats, pontoons, center consoles, ski boats and personal watercraft.
Daily fishing seminars allow people to learn from the experts. Local experts and pro anglers will share tips and tricks to help improve your catch. The hourly sessions are for both saltwater and freshwater fishing cover techniques, tackle, hot spots and more. The fishing seminars will be held in room 312 on the 3rd level of Hall A.
Live music will be available everyday to get into an island state of mind without leaving the Georgia World Congress Center with Frankendread. The accomplished Caribbean performer brings a unique mix of calypso, soca and steel pan music. Frankendread brings the island vice to life with his energetic performances to bring smiles to all those listening to his music.
Children are encouraged to attend the Atlanta Boat Show with their friends at CBS 46 on Saturday & Sunday for children’s Story Hour. On-air CBS hosts will be reading nautical-themed stories in the Kids’ Zone to your little sailors. You can bring in a gently used book to donate for CBS Books to Kids, which supports Page Turners Make Great Learners and receive a $5.00 concession voucher.
