What: 2015 Atlanta Moon Ride
Bike enthusiasts of all skill levels dress in flair and enjoy a fun, safe, evening ride through the streets of Atlanta, with 100 percent of the
proceeds benefiting Bert’s Big Adventure.
When: Friday, June 19
6 p.m. – Registration and kick-off party with live music, outdoor bar areas, food trucks and more
10 p.m. – Hit the streets for a fun ride alongside the Atlanta Police Department

Cost: $30 per person and includes Atlanta Moon Ride t-shirt (while supplies last) and entry to the kick-off party starting at 6 p.m.
Now in its third installment, the Atlanta Moon Ride invites all to hit the streets on Friday, June 19th. Participants are encouraged to ride with flair, dress in costume and cruise through some of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods at night. The 6.5 mile night cycling event is the first of it’s kind in Atlanta and has grown to almost 3000 participants in it’s first two years. Really the only requirement for this event, is to have fun.
Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. and guests are encouraged to come early to enjoy live music from Ruby Velle & the Soulphonics as well as a wide variety of food truck selections from The Fry Guy, Burger ATL, Tex’s Taco’s and more. Guests 21 years and up can also enjoy premium selections of cocktails and brews from ShockTop and Deep Eddy Vodka. The nighttime cruise will start at 10:00 p.m., with the course beginning and ending at Piedmont Park. Participants will safely ride a scenic and traffic-free route through the Virginia Highlands, Little Five Points, Inman Park and finishing on the Eastside BeltLine Trail
All proceeds from the Atlanta Moon Ride will support the work of Bert’s Big Adventure, a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.
