The classic 90’s show, ‘Baywatch’ is getting a featured film in 2017 and it’s filming right here in Savannah, Georgia. This version will star some of the most ripped actors in the industry; Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Zac Efron.
Essentially the story is about a veteran lifeguard (The Rock) teaming up with a amateur lifeguard (Zac Efron) as they patrol the beaches of California.

‘Baywatch’ is scheduled to begin filming in March, casting calls have already been made in Savannah bringing some of the best beach bods in the area.
Pamela Anderson, who played C.J. Parker in the original series wasn’t to happy to hear about the film telling TMZ, “No one appreciates the remakes”.

The casting director says, “I mean honestly, we’re looking for basically anybody, 18 and over.” “It’s not a specific look it’s any shape and sizes, I mean we’ll want some beautiful people, we want everything, and we want it to be realistic.”
