We’re back, and this time we got a chance to kick it with a legend, not only in Atlanta but in music period. GAFollowers and KBP caught up with Big Boi of Outkast as he got ready to start his ‘Shoes For Running World Tour”. First stop was Athens Ga, home of the UGA Bulldogs and man do they love them some Outkast. The fans came out in full force to show support for Big Boi. We hung out with the fans, of course we are huge fans as well. In my personal opinion Outkast is probably the best hip hop duo of all time. I remember listening to them as a kid and I still listen to them now, that is legendary status in my book. Speaking of legends we also caught up with the most turnt up cat of all time, this man never turns down, I’m talking about the one and only Fort Knox, he is Mc, host, hype man, basically if want to get the crowd revved up and ready for a great show, this is your man. He came through and blessed us with his great energy.
Killer Mike opened up the show, Killer Mike also released a great album called R.A.P Music last year, also need to check that one out. As you may well know, Killer Mike has been part of the Purple Ribbon clique and it made sense for him to go on tour with Sir Lucious Left foot. Killer is a beast in his own right, one of the most underrated rappers out. Big Boi released his latest solo effort “Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors” in December of 2012. After its success, it is now time to take the new music along with the classics on the road. The tour will be hitting all the major cities in the US of course, If you would like to see if Big Boi will be making a stop in your city, we have provided the list of cities and dates. Make sure you get your tickets early they will sell out. For the show in Athens Big Boi brought out B.o.B to perform a few songs, that was a great treat for the fans. Who knows who he will bring with in the other cities. Only one way to find out, got order your tickets now!!
For a quick glimpse of the show, you already know KBP wouldn’t bring some video coverage. Watch the video, like it and make some comments, tell us your favorite Outkast and Big Boi songs. We do this for you, hope you enjoy it.
