Former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson reportedly walked into a gas station and exposed himself in front of a clerk, according to police in Georgia.
The report states that Anderson appeared to be intoxicated at the QuikTrip, handing over money and walking around the store before exposing his genitals to the clerk on duty. Police were called to the scene, although the clerk declined to press charges and Anderson was given a ticket for criminal trespassing.
The police offered Anderson an Uber ride home and he is banned from entering the station at any point again.
Anderson, 44, spent his entire career with the Falcons, from 1994 to 2001, and was the star of the Super Bowl team that lost to the Denver Broncos. He had four 1,000-yard rushing seasons, ran for 34 career TDs and led the NFL in carries in his Pro Bowl season of 1998. Anderson was famous for his “Dirty Bird” touchdown dance after scoring 16 times that season and rushing for a career-high 1,846 yards.
But he also has a noted history with the law, getting arrested multiple times for alcohol-related crimes and serving time in jail.
