Her mother Shanavia Miller was heated after her 16 year old daughter posted a picture on Facebook of her and her boyfriend wearing nothing but a towel. In my opinion, a justifiable reason to be angry..
Shanavia Miller decided to use the same platform that her daughter used to exploit her even more. Miller even takes a piece of plywood and hits her daughter with it a few times before it breaks.
Although I got whippings growing up I don’t believe that’s the correct way of discipling children at all. Then going to the extent of embarrassing her on a level where the whole world can see? I feel like this will push her away from her mother even more, she may go back to the very boyfriend that she’s trying to keep her from.
At some point afterward, Miller made a post to her daughter’s page.
“I love my daughter with all my heart, [and she] is not going to disrespect me or herself for nobody,” she stated. “Ain’t nothing [changed], [she’s] still my baby girl. Lesson learned.”
After it was rumored that Green attempted suicide following the incident..
