Google understands that life at home can feel like an obstacle course, so they wanted to show how they can help make things easier. They have built the Google Home Mini Golf course to teach the public about the Google Home family of products. It will be a voice (and putter) activated journey to show how Google can make life simpler and of course more fun. The golf course has been on tour this summer and has gone to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and is now on its way to Atlanta!
The pop-up Atlanta Google Home Mini Golf Course will take place from Thursday July 26th to Sunday July 29th on the Beltline. It will be located at Common Ground (550 Somerset Terrace NE Atlanta, GA 30306), just minutes away from Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park and Little Five Points.
The course will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as it will be free and open to the public. Google will include elements that are voice-activated throughout the course, by using Google Home along the way. Players will direct their ball and obstacles along the course with the use of Google Home’s voice assistant to showcase how the Home and Assistant can be incorporated into your daily tasks.
You and friends will have the opportunity to learn how Google Home can turn on your favorite TV show, blast your tunes and turn your lights on by only using your voice. Everyone who plays either of their two full courses can walk away with a pair of golf socks and a chance to win a Google Home Mini or Max. If you are pressed for time a Fast Pass hole is available for a fun photo opportunity and a chance to win a Mini.
