Publik Draft House
Publik Draft House is a locally owned bar whose mission is to provide guests with a warm environment as well as offering fun entertainment. The menu, particularly the cocktail menu, has received a holiday-inspired twist with new items being offered for a limited time.
“The inspiration for the drinks were to just try and recreate as best as possible the flavors of the season,” said Daniel Schmitz, creator of the cocktails and bar tender of Publik Draft House. “On the You Sleigh Me it was apples and nuts with the warmth of bourbon as the base. The Sweet Nuts and Berries was to have fun with the taste of winters desserts. Santa’s Milk and Cookies was just the idea of eating those buttery, rich cookies, this drink is actually a riff I’ve been playing with of making a grown up version of an Egg Cream.”
