The Atlanta Falcons is a National Football League franchise dedicated to success on and off the field. Our Season Ticket Service team serves as a liaison between the Atlanta Falcons and our season ticket holders while ensuring the highest level of service is provided as it relates to renewals, retention, ticketing, finance, account management and game day activities and our fans. Responsibilities:
• Enhance and maintain relationships with fans on the phone and in person
• Answering incoming telephone calls, emails and assists fans visiting the Ticket Office
• Assist department with all projects that arise, varying in nature from mailings to game day and special events and data entry
• Communicate team schedules, routine questions such as game day questions, upcoming promotions, and other season ticket holder benefit information as needed through email, mail and phone
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve routine situations with guidance from Service team
• Work with Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations and Dome Operations as needed to assist with execution of programs
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to deliver excellent service to fans
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization and organization skills
• Proficient with MSWord, Excel
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve effectively and handle stressful and difficult situations
• Must receive school credit and be available to work Monday through Friday. (Plus possibly some home games).

ATLANTA FALCONS TRAINING CAMP INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS
PURPOSE: To provide hard-working, dedicated candidates with an internship opportunity to experience the work environment of an NFL Event Marketing department. Upon completion of the internship, it is our hope that the knowledge learned is one that provides great value and expertise towards future career endeavors.
TIME FRAME: Duration of the 2012 Atlanta Falcons Training Camp (approx. Mid July – mid August).
DUTIES: The following is a general list of duties pertaining to the Training Camp Internship. This list may change based on the need to complete a particular assignment. Each intern should be prepared to perform the following duties:
• Customer Service – Interns are essentially the ambassadors of the Falcons at Training Camp for fans in attendance. The majority of the day is focused around the fans and the customer service/experience we deliver
• Sponsorship Execution – Corporate Partnership is an essential part of Training Camp and it will be the interns job to ensure signage is displayed and all elements are properly maintained on a daily basis
• Operations- Training Camp is held at the Flowery Branch Office/Practice Facility, thus many of the elements and materials displayed at camp require setup and breakdown each day. It is the interns responsibility to coordinate all setup and breakdowns throughout the course of Training Camp
• Corporate Hospitality Entertainment and Management – Interns will be in charge of greeting and hosting fans, maintaining, organizing and overseeing operations during special events held at Training Camp
• Community Relations – Provide assistance to Atlanta area community groups in attendance by ensuring a fun, safe and meaningful visit to Training Camp
• Event Assistance – Interns will be required to assist with any event that is occurring throughout the duration of the internship (i.e. preseason games and other special events hosted by the Falcons.)
• Practical Experience – Interns will use the knowledge attained throughout Training Camp to assist with other Falcons related marketing initiatives
EXPECTATIONS: The following expectations are required of all Falcons interns:
• Perform duties as outlined by the Falcons Organizational Mission, Values & Goals provided to you upon your acceptance to the program
• Project a professional image in all interactions including fans, corporate partners and fellow Falcons associates
• Be prepared to work long hours outside during the summer months. Physical activity will be involved
• Arrive on time and perform your duties in a professional manner
• Be able to work well in a group setting
REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least in your Junior or Senior year in college
• Prior experience in the Sport Management field is highly preferred, but not required. This experience includes:
o Sport Management Major/ Minor, marketing
o Clubs and/or organizations focused in the sports, entertainment realm
o College Sports
o Prior experience in the sport/leisure industry
• Have reliable transportation to and from Training Camp
• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work 7 days a week (events may fall during the evening)

COMPENSATION: Falcons Training Camp Marketing Interns are paid an hourly rate.

2012 EVENT MARKETING SEASONAL ASSISTANT
The Atlanta Falcons Event Marketing Department is looking for 1 qualified candidate to serve as the Event Marketing Seasonal Assistant beginning in mid–July and ending at the end of the 2012 football season. This intern will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of planning and executing events primarily working on the Game Day Entertainment experience.
