According to my top sportsbooks the four favorites to win the 2019 national championship are the four no. 1 seeds: Duke (+225), Gonzaga (+600), Virginia (+600) and UNC (+750). Among them, Virginia has the best value. The Cavaliers are currently the highest-rated team ever at KenPom in terms of overall efficiency. They beat UNC on the road, nearly beat Duke on the road, and are 100% healthy, unlike last year when they were stunned in the first round.
