Ice, ice, baby! MomoCon is one of the fastest growing “all ages” conventions in the country, with more than 90,000 visitors attending the Memorial Day 2018 event. Fans of Japanese Anime, American Animation, Comics and Gaming love coming to Atlanta. Come December 1, there will be a MomoCon of sorts on the ice at Atlantic Station.
MomoCon is bringing its annual “Cosplayers on Ice” event to Atlantic Station. Hundreds are expected in all their costumed finery, dressing as superheroes, princesses, Japanese anime characters, and others from novels, TV shows and movies!
The free event allows cosplayers to dress in their favorite holiday-themed cosplay outfits and join others for a great afternoon of ice skating and photo shoots. Professional photographers will be on hand to capture the fun.
“Cosplayers on Ice” is one of the most popular MomoCon on Tour events and leads into the big MomoCon convention, Memorial Day Weekend 2019.
Costs: The event is free but there is a skating charge at Atlantic Station.
