The highly anticipated ‘Captain America: Civil War’ is weeks away from being released in theaters everywhere (I get to see it tomorrow so I’m hype, no lie). The official world premiere was last night in Hollywood and of course it was a star studded affair.
You may or may not have known this, but Cap 3 is one of the many Marvel movies filmed/filming in Georgia. Last summer, there were tons of pics and guerrilla-style videos of Civil War filming in downtown Atlanta. The Russo Brothers, who filmed ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’, seem to have brought back their energetic style of storytelling and action from the look of the trailers. They’ve definitely built a tangible hype for fans everywhere, but now the wait for the finished product begins.
To hold you over until then, some new and exciting behind the scenes footage has been released. It highlights some of the key moments we’ve seen in trailers so far, but it also shows the hard work that goes into making these films believable.
The actors & crew seem to be legitimately enjoying themselves and I’m a believer that it translates on screen. If this doesn’t get you hype for the movie…. I’m not sure what will. Check below for the footage. *WARNING FOR POTENTIAL SPOILERS*
