UPDATE (6/25/2014): The Atlanta Falcons released 9 new images of their new $1.2 billion dollar stadium today (above). The new images showcase more details of the exterior and a great window on one side with what will undoubtedly be a great view of the Atlanta skyline. The stadium is set to open in the fall of 2017. The New Atlanta Stadium Committee released 17 new images representing the latest progress in the stadium’s design process. Included in the images are the first detailed renderings of the large plaza just inside the “city window” on the northeast side of the facility, as well as a dramatic depiction of the revolutionary 360-degree halo video board as seen from a sideline perspective.
