New jobs are coming to Middle Georgia
Brigadier General John Kubinec, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex commander, made a major jobs announcement this morning!
The general announced an initiative that includes 1,200 jobs in 12 months.
The initiative aims to hire workers to the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex by the end of 2019. It will equate to an annual economic impact of $69M and more than $345M over the next five years.
The complex provides depot maintenance, engineering support and software development to major weapons systems including F-15, C-5, C-130, C-17 and Special Operations Forces aircraft.
As of 2017, the base employs over 22,000 personnel. They contributed $2.87 billion to the Georgia economy,
