Cupid’s Undie Run is back! One of the nations largest, most epic fun runs is taking place here in Atlanta and we want you to run with us February 11’th at Big Sky Buckhead. Click here to run with GAFollowers.
What is Cupid’s Undie Run? First and foremost, Cupid’s fundraises to advance peer-reviewed research to develop treatments and cures for neurofibromatosis, commonly referred to as “NF.” Cupid’s is also the biggest party at the beginning of the year and includes a mile-ish fun run in your underwear!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN UNDERWEAR MODEL TO RUN! Most people, including you reading this, second guess participating after thinking, “Run in my underwear? In PUBLIC?!?!” If you decide to opt out of the fun and fundraising for that reason, you’re missing the point! Throw away your insecurities because no one cares what body type you are. There will be nearly 1,000 participants of all shapes and sizes…and most of them will also have had few drinks. Also, remember that “underwear” can mean lots of different things: people come in undies, boxers, snuggies, bath robes, etc.

#1. It’s For a Good Cause
When was the last time you partying actually benefited some one else?
By registering to run, you are helping someone or someone’s family that has been affected by neurofibromatosis (NF). Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder of the nervous system affecting 1 in 3,000 worldwide. NF is more common than cystic fibrosis, Huntington’s disease and muscular dystrophy combined. It can cause weakness of the muscles, dizziness, cataracts, learning disabilities, paralysis, and worst of all, pain.

#2. Perfect Thing to do for Valentines
The event is happening the weekend before Valentines Day but why not bring in the holiday a bit early? Most superstores do!
Cupid’s is Valentines themed but far from being super romantic or lubby dubby making it the perfect occasion for couples, friends, and singles. You each get a great laugh together, can share love, and Cupid’s is the perfect play for whatever possibilities to come later that day.

#3 Create Memories
After running in Cupid’s Undie Run, you can always say “there was this one time I went running in my underwear through the streets of Buckhead.” Whether it’s for Snapchat, Instagram or your grandkids one day, how’s that for a story?

#4 The Party is Seriously Epic!
We participated in Cupid’s Undie Run last year and it was LITTTTT! We started off with a pre-pre-game, moved on to the pre-game, then to the run and actual party. We met tons of people, were privileged to give the champagne shower, had tons of fun. Check out our video recap from last year.
