Atlanta can get really crazy at times, especially when it comes to driving. Last night police investigated a deathly shooting that authorities say all began over a parking space.
According to reports, the shooting occurred at a Chevron gas station on Flat Shoals Road in DeKalb County.
According to the Chevron gas employee, the shooter was moving from a pump and tried backing into a parking space, when the fight over the spot began. Police say the shooter followed the victim inside the store and shot him.
The victim was 38 year old Timothy Hill and he was taken to Grady Hospital after he was shot but later died from the gun inflicted injuries.
Family members say Hill was a father of three and was with his brother when he was shot.
