Google has released its 2020 Google Year in Search data, reflecting on the trillions of searches, questions, news, people, causes, places and events that shaped 2020. And, after such a trying year, you’ll see how Google Trend’s global data captures something truly profound: No matter who you are, where you live or what you love, we’re all searching for answers.
Many of the categories can be found on Google’s trends page, but included here is the data with some of the top searches in Atlanta, immediately below. Please note, this data shows the top trending searches in the U.S. – “trending” queries are searches that had a high spike in traffic over a sustained period in 2020 as compared to 2019.
