One of the classier moves by the Atlanta Braves’ own, Justin and B.J. Upton.
A group of parents of the Chicago’s Jackie Robinson West Little League team will get to see their sons play in the Little League title game. The Upton Brothers and other noticeable MLB players donated a total of $20,000 for travel expenses to South Williamsport. The other MLB players would include outfielder Torii Hunter of the Detroit Tigers and pitcher LaTroy Hawkins of the Colorado Rockies.
The Little League do not cover travel expenses of parents of the Little League players, which only pays to send players and up to three coaches.
