Atlanta’s own Young Thug is a very polarizing rapper and this is one of those stories that will be archived in the long list of controversial subjects related to Thugger.
Young Thug is being accused of slapping a woman outside of an Atlanta nightclub and there’s a video.
TMZ is reporting that police want to speak with Thugger about the incident and ask him if he allegedly smacked a woman in the face in the nightclub’s parking lot. On early Sunday morning (March 5), authorities responded to a call about a verbal dispute that allegedly resulted in Young Thug putting hands on a woman.
Apparently, the alleged victim, Valerie Raven (aka Akbar V), used to work with the rapper. The 27-year-old has filed a battery report against Thug in which she claims that she was arguing with the rapper’s fiancee, Jerrika Karlae, in front the club and when Thug intervened, he allegedly slapped her on the left side her face.
The incident was captured on a bystander’s smartphone. In the video above, you can see Thug and a woman engaged in a heated argument. Although no actual slap was captured, you can hear the person holding the phone say, “Ooh, he slapped the s— out her.” Another person said that the alleged victim is about to get paid, alluding that the woman will most likely sue for the assault.
Now that Raven has filed a battery report, cops now what to hear Thugger’s side the story. Reps for Young Thug had no comment on the matter.
