Even before Tuesday, Florida’s Zach Hodskins was one of the best stories in college basketball. Hodskins didn’t let a birth defect that caused his left arm to end right below the elbow stop him from playing basketball. He starred in high school and earned a walk-on spot with the Florida Gators.
His story got even better late in Florida’s game on Tuesday when he scored his first career points.
Hodskins missed the first five shots of his career, but his first bucket came in style. A spin, a scoop layup AND the foul. And now from the other angle.
